Very good movment thoughout the piece, very relaxing but still makes you want to dance. The ending was a little abrupt. This one sounds more composed than some of your other songs. I realy liked the variaty of drums you used but I think there were sections where one part of the drum set over powered the changes (ie the snare in the last section). Nice use of filters. Also I liked the varied instrument choices. Good job all together.
:) This song used in a submission. Yah!! Thanks for the review Dr-Zorrito. PM me whenever you make more songs. I blame my speakers for decieving my ears about the snare being too loud. Bah. Okay bye for now.
It's so nice to hear actual recordings. So much of the content out there consists of canned loops and over used sound bytes. In addition to that it was a realy exeptional track. I need to listen to the rest of your stuff.
Is that an Edgar Allen Poe reference?
I like the suspensefull moments you throw in there.
you throw alot of curves in there but it still loops well.
i'm really not sure where that description came from, so maybe!
yeh this is just kind of weird and underdeveloped. thanks for the review.
I'm realy digging the major pentatonics. Its not used enough out there. Also I found the use pitsicato strings very origional and creative. The drums have alot of movement with some great break beats but its they get alittle distracting at a few points. Over all a great groove.
Thanks for the review.
I was a bit too ambitious on this one. There is definitely a little too much going on in certains points...I just couldn't quite cut it down to exactly where I wanted it.
Too much distortion on the second loop entrence
it realy throws of the groove developed by the piano. it could work if it quickly develops into a bit more clarity right where this sample ends.
yea know i hear it too ^^. i will work on this!! THX
You really let Fruity Loops do too much of the work for you on the pads and drum loops. I can tell you made plenty of new loops so I know it’s not a big stretch to go 100% original. The FL tutorials really help but don’t take them word for word. Also I personally prefer to have a change in rhythm on the fourth bar of a drum line but that’s a personal philosophy coming from my Jazz years. Take it or leave it, I’m here to listen to your music not mine.
man, i don´t wanna look rude, but you´re not rite... yes, it´s made in FL but there is only one FL loop(daisy)... really... ;) i wanted to place it to this song cuz it´s very nice and feelgood...
but thanks fo your view ;)
